About Me
Hi, I’m Ellenor, and I’m the person behind The Well Lived Journal — and, like most people, I’m still figuring out what it actually means to live well.
I’ve learned that wellness is so much more than having the perfect routine, eating well, working out, or having everything together. Sometimes taking care of myself means being productive and sticking to a routine. Other times, it means slowing down, spending time with people I love, getting outside, going somewhere new, leaning into my faith, or simply allowing myself to rest.
That’s why I created The Well Lived Journal.
This is a space for me to share what wellness looks like in my real life — the routines I’m trying, what's helping me, the adventures I’m taking, the people who make life better, and the lessons I’m learning along the way. My faith is part of that story too, but above everything, I want this to be a space where everyone feels welcome.
I’m not here because I have wellness completely figured out. I’m here because I’m figuring it out too, and I want to share the trying, learning, changing, and growing that comes with it.
Because maybe a well-lived life isn't about doing everything perfectly.
Maybe it's simply a life you're actually present for.
And hopefully, somewhere in these pages, you’ll find something that helps you live a little more fully too.
